Coverage & Payment
Many health plans now include acupuncture, especially for pain. We accept most major insurance, including the carriers below, and we verify your benefits for you before your first visit so there are no surprises.
We work with patients who have Aetna plans at our Orlando and Altamonte Springs clinics. Acupuncture benefits vary by plan, so we call Aetna to confirm your coverage, copay and visit limits before your first appointment.
We work with patients who have Blue Cross Blue Shield plans at our Orlando and Altamonte Springs clinics. Acupuncture benefits vary by plan, so we call Blue Cross Blue Shield to confirm your coverage, copay and visit limits before your first appointment.
We work with patients who have Cigna plans at our Orlando and Altamonte Springs clinics. Acupuncture benefits vary by plan, so we call Cigna to confirm your coverage, copay and visit limits before your first appointment.
We work with patients who have UnitedHealthcare plans at our Orlando and Altamonte Springs clinics. Acupuncture benefits vary by plan, so we call UnitedHealthcare to confirm your coverage, copay and visit limits before your first appointment.
If you were injured in a car accident, call us and we will review what your auto policy covers before treatment. We accept PIP at both locations.
Acupuncture for work-related injuries can be covered by workers’ compensation. We are experienced with workers’ comp billing.
We offer a cash discount for patients without coverage. Ask about our rates when you call.
We see patients at two clinics: Orlando acupuncture clinic (2224 E Concord St, near downtown, Winter Park and Maitland) and Altamonte Springs acupuncture clinic (421 Montgomery Rd, Suite 115, serving Casselberry, Maitland and Seminole County).
