Your first visit is usually 60–90 minutes including a full intake and assessment. Follow-up treatments typically run 45–60 minutes. We never rush your sessions.

Yes. Acupuncture is safe and effective for children. We use very gentle techniques appropriate for younger patients and can also use non-needle approaches such as acupressure when preferred.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer that time to other patients in need. Please call or email us as soon as you know.
